Richard Stannard launches Turbo Torture

  

Turbo TortureTurbo Torture is the brain child of Pro GB Triathlete and Four Time World Champion Richard Stannard. Group indoor turbo training set to a motivating soundtrack in a great location (a massive sports hall) Richard himself will be taking the sessions so you are sure to get expert advice from one of the best, it is not often you get to be trained by and train along side professional athletes for only a �5.00!!

Richard will be inviting special guest along to many of the sessions so you never know who may turn up to train with you. Olympian's, World Champion's and National Champions are all booked in sweat and train hard.

Turbo Torture will be held on Thursday nights from 7pm (session starts @ 7.15pm) until 8.30pm @ Notre Dame School, Cobham. FIRST SESSION IS THIS THURSDAY 19TH NOVEMBER 2009.
