Cycling
Richard Stannard has just launched 'Turbo Torture'
- a group indoor turbo training session to be held
on Thursday nights at 7pm in Cobham. Richard will
take the sessions personally and be inviting special
guests to join him for some fantastic sessions to
strengthen your cycling over the winter months.

Running
Join Mike Trees every Wednesday throughout winter
at Eton track for interval training sessions. All
abilities are welcome and there are three ability
groups so you can run with others of a similar standard.
Sessions begin at 6.30pm with a warm up. The track
address is: Thames Valley Athletics Centre, Wallace
Walk, Pococks Lane, Eton, SL4 6HN with further information
